It's Confirm!! (^-^)

Assalam.. 

haaa..... ape yg confirm ek? hehe, just got back from PAID Hulu Langat after applying for my solemnization, and just confirmed the date.. (^-^) it's 28th May 2011, after 'isya insyaAllah.. well, i'm thinking of doing my own make up.. it's at nite n i dont want to waste some hundreds only for 2-3 hours of make up.. a simple make up will do for me.. i just need to practice for eye make up.. hope everything runs well as we planned insyaAllah.. i felt nervous while waiting my turn to see the PPN (Penolong Pendaftar Nikah).. thanx a lot to my dad as wali n to two of his friends for being my witnesses for my solemnization. jasamu dikenang all!! (^-^) i downloaded the form from JAIS website, together with the check list, so that i dont have to go to the PAID twice, first to take the form and second to send the form back to PAID. ops, thrice actually, the third is to collect the permission letter (surat kebenaran bernikah). after downloading and fulfilling the form (dont sign the form yet), all i had to do is bring my dad as wali and two witnesses (they should know my dad) together with complete form (without sign) and supporting documents to PAID and see the PPN (Penolong Pendaftar Nikah). after the PPN check the form and supporting documents we'll sign the form and pay RM10. then we set the solemnization date with the PPN (if we want to take him as our jurunikah a.k.a tok qadhi) and settled. he will chop our pre-marriage course cert and we'll have to come again the next working day to collect the permission letter.

ok, what are the supporting documents needed?

1) a copy of applicant IC

2) a copy of wali n two witnesses' IC

3) a copy of parents nikah cert for first child

4) a copy of pre-marriage course cert

5) surat pengesahan pemastautin from nazir masjid/jkkk kampung/mpp taman/penghulu/ketua kampung

6) surat kebenaran berkahwin bakal pengantin lelaki (together with supporting documents)

7) HIV Test result from Klinik Kesihatan Kerajaan

8) Form 2C & 2D
