Hi all.. just wanna share with u alls bout some of dugaan i nak kahwin ni.. huhu.. Other than butik andaman problem n weight problem, another major challenge before our wedding is our home.. It's not that where to live, either to purchase or to rent or what.. actually, before we got engaged, Mr Ryo n i had agreed to buy an apartment in Puchong.. but then the process was too long.. it's not settled until now.. we applied the home loan last December, n Mr Ryo had paid the deposit to the agent (the house is not the new one).. but since the banker who manage our application was terminated from her services, we cant settled the home loan process until now.. our home loan had been approved actually (and its > a month after our application, she promised us by latest two weeks after the application).. then again she promised us to prepare the S&P documents within a week after approval.. but again, it took us almost 3 months until we know that she had been terminated due to some reasons.. no wonder she rarely pick up Mr Ryo's call n rarely replied to his message.. Until we decided to cancel our nawaitu to buy the house, we found out that we can only get half of the deposit the most, excluded RM500 as penalty to be paid to the lawyer since they had prepared the S&P documents. Plus, teh agent is sooooo not proactive n productive.. slow semacam.. nak kena we all push baru nak gerak.. bila owner cakap dah nak cancel offer baru cakap.. tu pun bila Mr Ryo pun inform him to cancel our purchase.. double triple hampeh.. huhu..
So, today, dengan berat hatinya we decided to proceed on buying the house.. really hope it can be settled very soon.. sudah berganda kepeningan apabila memikirkan tentang wedding yg makin hampir n rumah yg asik bertangguh.. hate it badly..
